Get ready for a treat! Our upcoming Fall Bake Sale is set to take over the school courtyard on what promises to be a crisp October morning. We are aiming for this to be one of our best community events of the year, and we can’t wait to see you there.
Event Details & Goals
The Mission: To raise $4,200 for the school's student hardship fund.
The Team: We need 32 incredible volunteers—parents and alumni—ready to make the magic happen.
The Goods: We are preparing to sell over 500 homemade items, from signature brownies to artisan loaves.
The Big Day Schedule
The morning will kick off at 8:00 AM with our set-up crew transforming the courtyard into a picture-perfect market, complete with bunting, chalkboard signs, and a frankly dangerous number of cupcakes.
The gates officially open at 10:00 AM, and we expect families to start streaming in immediately. A word of advice: arrive early! The brownies usually sell out within the first half hour, and the cookie decorating station is expected to be a massive hit with our younger visitors.
Behind the Scenes
Our volunteer team will be hard at work managing everything from stall rotations and float management to keeping the coffee urns topped up and the queue moving. We are especially excited to welcome several new volunteers to the fold, including three parents who have already stepped up to take on ongoing roles as Class Reps.
To everyone planning to bake, set up, sell, or buy: thank you. We are about to prove once again that a community working together can achieve something really special—and delicious.
